Hi guys! Really excited for this one! Since most schools and colleges will be reopening soon, I thought I’d do a back to school series of outfits. These looks are more college focused, simply because most schools in India have uniforms. I’ve thought of three themes, sort of, but you can obviously wear whatever, whenever.
First things first, Ramzan Mubarak to all my muslim readers 🙂
Now, this is Part 1 of a three part series! A lazy girl’s go-to outfit. Who’d sacrifice looking presentable to those sweet, sweet five minutes of extra sleep! Very effortless, simple and flexible.
Today’s look I’ve styled for a weekend special class situation. You know, the one you hate having to go to because it’s the freaking weekend but you’re running short on attendance/marks so you just have to suck it up and attend it, bright and early? Yeah… That one! Haha 😀
I cannot be bothered to dress up for credit courses, but then again, I can’t be bothered to dress up for college all together (depending upon which semester you’re in, you’ll agree with me, it’s a senior thing). Those who know me, all know this particular outfit because I used to wear it all the time!!! I honestly still do 😛
I’ve styled my trusted chambray shirt with my most favorite trousers from Vero Moda. LOVE them both.
You can just roll off the bed, put this outfit on, and make a run for it. Depending upon how you travel you can braid your hair, put on some mascara and lipstick either on the way (bus/auto/car), or once you’ve reached. I’ve done a fishtail braid, with such uneven sections that it looks like I was rushing to class myself. Makeup wise, just red lipstick and mascara, but I’ve used a smidgen of eyeshadow as well.
